Technical Sales Engineer

In this role, you will optimize sales performance and target our products to the most suitable markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee market positioning and the supply chain
- Develop medium- and short-term business and product plans aligned with corporate strategy and marketing objectives
- Manage and nurture customer relationships
- Prepare and deliver reports on performance and progress
- Set objectives and develop proposals for sales strategies and commercial plans
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in corporate supply chain development
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Flexible and dynamic working style, with a willingness to travel
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Positive attitude and excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of Italian quality, safety, and environmental standards, as well as EU regulations
- Commitment to safety policies and practices
